...being able to offer only Reno Slot cards and room keys for trade or sale. Soooo, in order to remedy this assumption, my wife and I went on a 7 thousand mile, 4 week slot card run across the U.S.A. to 17 states to pick up cards from many of the major Indian casinos, riverboats and other gambling establishments.
I offer the following observation for those that might be interested. Deadwood is interesting but can you believe many of the casinos still use the old fashioned room keys (real metal with the room numbers on the tag.) And not only that, one has to flush the urinal manually.
In reality, most of the people in Deadwood were real slot card friendly, as were the 9 casinos in Tunica. The Indian Casinos, on the other hand, are similiar in rudeness, each trying to capture the title of the most unfriendly Indian casino in America.
I am scanning but just a few of the cards I acquired. Most are unbiquitous, but I have many variations (not shown).
I've been able to pick up a bunch of cards to trade, some for sale and others just for my own collection (due to the fact that I might have only 1.) I'm going to show a few in this thread. If you happen to see something you like, please inquire if it is for sale or trade or whatever. Many of the ones from Tunic and even Deadwood you can have free for the asking.
I believe I have scanned both the current but soon to be obsolete [gold] and new {blue]from the Club Paradise (Agua Caliente in Palm Springs.) They are converting the machines so both are usable at present.
For the first time, I encountered an Indian Casino {the Rocket Games--Rocket Rewards from the Miami Tribe in Oklahoma) who charged for each slot card. Another Oklahoma Indian Casino wanted to charge $5.00 for their cards.
The Elvis card from Tunis was real tough to get and they would only issue it to new sign ups. The employees were warned that their job was in jeopardy if they violated procedure.
Too tired to go on but it's great to be back. Read the Chip board and it seems as if nothing has changed, Same controversies as when I left.
