Well, I have not covered all the Wisconsin casino cards, as I need to find out what is happening about the new cards I've seen out of St. Croix in Turtle Lake, among others. So I will use the opportunity to report on some of the east edge of Iowa, since I spent a Saturday visiting the Quad Cities - Dubuque area riverboats. Prepare to be shocked by the new cards from the Mighty Mississippi!
