The Menominee Casino has grown over the years, from a small bingo hall, to an added slots wing, to a second building with slots and blackjack that has grown over time, to an added Hotel wing. The location is a little out of the way, an hour west of Green Bay, but people find the place. They started with the Black MVP club card, and then went to the more colorful type two came out in the mid-late '90s. Just this year the card changed slightly (note the different white lettering on the front, and the addition of the web address on the back). The Slot Card Price Guide made a mistake in reporting the black card is a high-roller version. As you can see, my name is on one, and they don't come much more of a low-roller than me!
