I know the Excalibur card is from 1992, I'm not sure of the others in the top two rows (and the Boomtown) because I was in Las Vegas a number of years around that time.

I also stayed at the Stardust and Imperial Palace around the same years.

Second row, all cards have no Mag. strip and are punch cards.

Horseshoe, Trump and Stratosphere came from the round robin.

Center, bottom is Ho Chunk, Baraboo, WI - older card. I haven't been there in years, so I don't know what the current card looks like.
