None of the Casino in KC are Indian casinos.

Each time I go and ask for blank cards, they say "Missouri Gaming" will not allow them to give out blank slot club cards. However, I do know that Blank cards have been given out.

I don't want to cause any problems but I have considered talking the Missouri Gaming Commission and ask them to show me where it states that casinos can't give out blank cards.

On another note, I just got back from Vegas last week. Only 3 casinos (Barbary Coast, Imperial Palace, and the New Frontier) wouldn’t give me a blank card.

The main reason they (IP and BC) wouldn’t give me a blank card is they complain that there is a group of collectors who have a show each year in Vegas. “These people (I guess they are referring to PACK members) are rude and they only turn around and sell the cards on Ebay”
