Kyle - According to Pat/Steve's book, 3rd edition - the card on the right is a 4th issue. The card on the left is either 1st or 2nd issue, depending whether or not there is something printed under the signature box. The phone number is also different on the 1st and 2nd issues. Hope this helps.
