Jeff; I think that cards that have had names and/or account numbers removed such as you have described ... should be disclosed to prospective buyers or traders. I see lots of relatively common "blank" cards being offered on ebay for as much as $5 each. If cards such as what you are describing are in effect cards that have been "doctored" ... to my way of thinking is a deceptive practice and if offered to 2nd and 3rd parties ... should not be condoned by the hobby in general and in my opinion would violate the club's Code of Conduct if not disclosed.
