I don't like the idea much. We have no control over the US Mail. With Priority, it takes 2 to 3 days. I've had it take 4 days a couple of times. The RR that I was in is on it's way to the last person. If it took 3 days a few times and the #3 took 2 days a few times, it could make several days difference in getting back to the owner. I think everyone in the #1 RR, was very responsible and mailed right away. It may take a day or two to have the time to go through the cards. I don't think that is unreasonable. I doubt anyone kept it longer than that. When I was doing RR's, I figured 5 days a person. A day or 2 to go through the cards and 3 days for mailing.
