My question is; Two cards that are identically alike in every aspect, front and back, with the exception that one is embossed (raised letters) with the players name and account number ... and the other card is flat printed from a printer with black ink, do most collectors consider these to be two different varieties suitable for inclusion in round robins? I do not, and was wondering how other Chapter members feel about it?
My personal way of thinking is that a variation should be made by the card manufacturer and not because of the type of card printer that happens to be in use at a particular casino on any given day. I would be interested in hearing other opinions, pro and con
