(1) All three groups are on their way to either the fifth or sixth person in line (depending upon the particular group). Based upon the original timeline I drafted for the groups, we are still within my timing expectations for all groups and I have no concerns about vacation absences or other scheduling issues mentioned to me prior to scheduling the order of participants. If you are a participant and you will be away from home (i.e. on vacation) at a time other than that mentioned when signing up for the RR, please contact me so that routing modifications can be made.
(2) The current composition of all groups appears to be as expected. While some participants have made "adjustments" to the groups and one group was called home for adjustment, the responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the groups is entirely mine and I will not hesitate to call RR groups home at any given time. Participants should not feel they need to adjust a group. While I appreciate it when slight corrections can be made by participants, please email me with any concerns you have regarding a group you received. A variety of options exist to correct groups including calling the group home, my sending a pack of keys to the following participant so repairs can be made, etc.
(3) These groups are designed to be a source of fun and to build friendships in the casino room key collecting community. Again, I will intervene at any time I feel it is necessary to improve the groups in question. Did I mention that these are supposed to be fun? Let's not lose our focus on this.
'nuff said.
