It's an interesting question, but my vote is yes, they are still a casino collectible since they were issued and used at a casino. It's also a perfect example of what makes working on the room key catalog difficult and exciting as well -- determining where such a key was used. One of my goals for a future edition of the catalog is to have an index of some kind to make it easier to locate such keys in the listings (at the moment, you have to know where a key is from to find it in the listings).
