I'm looking for casino room key collectors that are interested in participating in a round robin. For those that haven't participated in a round robin before, the process is pretty simple...
-I'll gather the names of those interested in participating.
-I will then send 100 different casino related room keys to the first person on the list.
-That person takes as many of the keys as they want out of the ones they receive, replacing them with their duplicates, one for one, making sure not to duplicate any of the keys already in the group.
-They pack the keys up and send them on to the next person on the list. This process is continued with the last person on the list sending the keys back to me at the end.
There are a few rules for this round robin:
(1) Only casino related room keys are being traded.
(2) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation should be used for all shipments. I'm planning on using pages to hold the keys and using a quantity that fits comfortably into a USPS Flat Rate Envelope (the cost to ship should be roughly $5.50). If purchasing the postage at the USPS website, delivery confirmation is free.
(3) Once you've received the shipment and have finished with it, please post on the message board when you've put the shipment back into the mail (and the delivery confirmation number), so the next person on the list can watch for it.
(4) Due to the Priority Mail requirement, this round robin is limited to shipping addresses in the United States.
(5) Please try to turn the shipment around as quickly as possible.

-Your name
-Mailing address
-If more than one RR group is created, please indicate if you would like to participate in up to two different groups or only one. If you participate in more than one group, I will likely place your name toward the start of one group and toward the end of the other group (if possible) so that you aren’t “hit” with too many keys at one time. Also, please be aware since you will be receiving two shipments, you will also have to send out two shipments and therefore your cost of participating will double.
-If there is a time over the next month or so that would conflict with your ability to handle the RR (i.e. being away on a trip, work demands, etc.), if possible let me know now and I will try to place your name so that the timing will “work” with your schedule.
I plan to take names through September 12th with the first shipment going out on or before September 17th. I will publish a list of the names and cities of the participants on the message board before the first shipment is mailed. Please note that full names (no nicknames or abbreviated names) will be posted on the message board at the time the RR is announced so that everyone knows who they are trading cards with.
Depending upon the number of people that wish to participate, I may create additional round robin groups. I believe the ideal RR group size is about 10 people.
