Hi Archie - the starting quantity is a Catch-22 situation for me -- I want to send out as many keys as possible for people to choose from, but the more keys I send, the less likely it is that people will have duplicates to swap that aren't already in the package. Less than 100 would make adding to the package much easier, but far less likely that there's anything in the package you need. The next RRs that I start will probably be in the 100-150 key range.
I also now realize that if people plan to be away from home for an extended time during the few weeks after the start of the RR, I probably need to be told of this before the RR starts. I can then try to juggle the order so that they will be at home when the RR is likely to arrive.
Thanks,
Jim
