A minimum of 100 keys is a fine start ... however, the more keys to view, the wider selection to trade from.

The folder of plastic pages is an excellent idea. I would like to see that the keys be kept in somewhat of alphabetical order by casino name as it is forwarded to each participant so that duplication of keys can be more easily prevented. (Was this a problem?}

I like the criss-cross country routing. No sense in receiving the RR from another nearby collector who probably has the same keys to trade. The priority mail method takes almost just as long to get cross country as it does to a neighboring state.

I think, as a courtesy to you Jim, (or whoever begins a round robin) that each participant voluntarily add a few keys to the package so that the RR originator is rewarded with a bonus when the picked-over RR package is returned to him/her at the end of the route.
