Pat, This isn't suppose to be complicated and the way you have run PACK, it hasn't been. It seems that everthing that comes across the desk of the CC&CTCC becomes a controversy with more and more members becoming upset with each other. It does seem that if they, the CC&CTCC....which I'm a member, cannot give it to you in plan and simple writing them it is a bad idea. I'm for joining any club that promotes the advancement of collecting.....whether it's casino chips, tokes, silver strike, slot cards/hotel keys etc, etc. So now I'm not sure what I would be joining if I sent in fees and an application to Jim? It seems that the best move that some of us made recently was that Max, Bob Gabel, and myself and others did not attend the convention.Pat, the PACK members appreciate and support the excellect effort you have done to promote card collecting. Just tell us exactly were you stand on this and lets put this to rest.
Jim, if we joined the CC>CC slotcard/room key chapter would that make PACK members ineligible to participate in certain events? Could it or would it be taken over by the voting members of CC&CTCC? Can you tell us exactly how this would benifit us? Do we have to react on this quickly for the benifit of the CC&CTCC? What would be the down side if we just called a moratorium on the whole thing. Is this a rush to judgement? The PACK is a great club. No by-laws, no legel documents...just a group of people with a common interest...and it looks as if no matter how many members it has, it could stay that way. Who would benifit the most. The PACK members or the CC&CCTCC? If the CC&CCTCC would, what are they offering us. It Needs To Be Put In Writing.
