I use "Universal Looseleaf Business Card Pages"
stock # 26820 from Staples special order catalog.
Takes only a couple of days to get them. There's 10 in a pack, each page holds 10 cards, and they run about $2.50 a pack. The cards fit nice and snug but not too tight...can easily be taken in and out. I've used these for about 4 years...
