Speaking of Alan Cohen, I have a great story about Alan and the USPS. He mailed a package to my P.O. Box 4324 here in San Luis Obispo. Alan doesn't have the clearest writing and, somehow, the local post office sent it to the nearby California Mens Colony (prison). The prison promptly returned it to Alan, informing him that prisoner #4324 Silva could not receive a hard plastic object like a phonecard. It was one of the wierdest things I've seen happen to a shipment (but had I followed up with the prison, I might have found a long lost relative).
