The Regency Resort at Mole Lake does not have slot cards. I checked most recently when I stopped there in July going from Menominee Casino in Keshena to the Lake of the Torches in Lac Du Flambeau. The other Wisconsin place with no cards is Isle Viata in Red Cliff.
