I was reading Dick Brach's post farther down and can sure sympathize with him and all the others this has happened to.
We all know about leaving our slots in the machines hoping others will play and add points to our cards, but why not try another avenue of approach. Simply ask some of the high roller slot players if they wouldn't mind if you slipped your card into the machine while they play.
Many will say no, but just as the door to door salesman knows that the 20th person is going to say yes, hurry to get past those first 19 negative responses and you're well on your way to a bunch of free comps.
Needless to say that this is like "stealing" from the casino as they will be giving someone comps that are not deserving it and most likely don't even play which is why I personally wouldn't do it, just as I wouldn't harvest roulette chips, but for the not-so-rightous individual--who knows!!!
To this day, I still have no idea where those Peppermill comps came from as I never play the slot machines.
