Below are the two variations of the "Bally's Atlantic City" cards I have in my collection (reddish and brown). If you'll note the "MVP EXPRESS" embossing on the card on the right it has a prefix number of 100 while all the cards I have seen with a player's name has a prefix number of 00.

My Question; Could this card have been issued as a bus passenger promo card vs an individual's card?
