Gerhard, your emails were in my "bulk" folder for some reason, and I rarely check that. We installed a new "firewall", so the kids say, I have no clue? I just found them, but, we did ship your keys to you last Tuesday, as you said on the 6th of December, I believe, that you would be gone to Vegas for one week. Not hearing back from you, (your emails in the "bulk") we did not ship them. By no means were we "avoiding" you, and we ship pretty much daily, on an ongoing basis. We decided to just go ahead and ship them, as we had no clue what had taken place? We travel quite abit, but, get things out as fast as possible. We sincerely apologize for the delay, it was not intentional. We made another "mistake" today, and apologized for that, as well. Now, you will find that your shipment is "short" two keys from your original order. We DID substitute two other keys, and, when we get hold of the two that you wanted, we will send them to you immediately. Again, we sincerely apologize, we make mistakes, but, do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Dave
