Emerald, Ruby and Saphire level cards are coming..
to The Orleans and most likely Coast Casinos, as they are all linked in the "Coast Club". Not too many specific details, but a 3-tiered system will be rolled out at The Orleans in mid January, 2008. Emerald will be the highest level.
