I visited 5 casinos I had never been to before, and picked up a few slot cards, TITOs and bungee clips. No chips nor playing cards are used at any of these racinos.

Mohegan Sun - Pocono Downs at Wilks-Barre, PA
Philadelphia Park at Bensalem, PA
