Harrahs Rincon near San Diego, California has reserved parking on floor two of their covered garage for their Diamond and Seven Stars members. You use your Total Rewards card to swipe at the gate for entry.

If your home casino is not at Rincon, your diamond or 7 stars card won't work, you need to ask for a parking card. My home casino is Lake Tahoe so my card number starts with 114. Rincon starts with 135. See the image below.

I know of only one other "diamond parking access card" at Harvey's at Lake Tahoe. Do you know of others, a scan would be helpful. Sorry, no traders at this time.
