I was in Rhode Island the past 2 days and picked up the slot cards depicted in the attached scan.

Twin River is a brand new facility that has taken over on the site of the old Lincoln Park in Lincoln Rhode Island (just outside of Providence). It is a very sizable, beautifully appointed slots only facility with many amenities (restaurants, shops, ...) of all the big casinos. I was able to pick up a few cards left behind and a few blank cards. The lady at the promotion booth was nice enough to give me one of the older Lincoln Park cards (after she wrote over the name with marker).

Newport Grand is also a sizable slots only facility. It is located in the site of the old Newport Jai Alai facility. I was only able to pick up a few of the blank cards from this facility. There were absolutely none lying around for me to get my paws on. I do have an extra one with my name on it that I could part with if need be.
