We drove the coast from Biloxi to Bay St Louis late in January.

The ONLY businesses open along the coast were the casinos and two Waffle Houses.

It was a grim drive indeed...
All houses and businesses were still in shambles and rubble (after a year and a half).

It was like the hurricane just hit a few weeks ago...
