Currently 7 casinos open in Biloxi with another the Hard Rock scheduled to open 4 July. One in Biloxi, one in Bay St Louis and 1 in Lakeshore.
Some of the beach area is open. Only nice resturants I know of are in the casinos. Ship Island is still there. Don't know about tours but there may be
