Scan 5 - Colorado Grande - 2 blanks and 1 temp card. I don't know for sure which issue the 2 black cards are but the Temp card I listed as 4th??? the "Maggie's Club Card Restrictions" on the reverse side is 46 1/2 mm long and the period after the last word in that paragraph is between the "o" and "n" in "person" just above it. On the blank one I listed as 5th??? the "Maggie's" statement is 43 mm long and the final period is after "person" just above it. The Guide lists one as a tan wreath and the other as a yellow wreath, but truthfully I can't tell much difference in the color, but I can see the back variation
