Re: PACK Code of Ethics?
In Response To: Re: PACK Code of Ethics? ()

I've had some problems with this person also but eventually he comes through. I usually get some song and dance as to why, but I try not to let it upset me. If he owes me money, I don't send the cards until I have the $$ in hand. I've never met him but he seems to be a very likeable person. I've gotten some good cards and made some great deals with him. My husband collects non-winning scratched lottery tickets (how's that for something to collect??) and he's even sent those from his state. We've completed deals on ebay and outside of ebay. It's tough to leave feedback when you weren't completely satisfied with the slow payment. I don't think, however, that you can not let him renew his PACK membership. I'm not sure it's a PACK issue to be dealt with. I know you don't want "dishonest" or "disreputable" (if that's a word) people in your "club", but unless and until PACK is compromised, I'd say keep it between the people involved. I'd rather not see names published on the board - that would open a whole can of worms that would only get ugly and people would get hurt and a lot of things said that can't be taken back. You can, however, take it upon yourself to email others who trade with him and tell thema bout your experience with this person - but don't post on an open public board.

Enough said. Amen.
