...Scott!! It would save more room in the book. I know that Pat collects every color of ink (or what ever they use) on the names made by the machine in the casinos. That's fine for her. I simply believe that IF there is a word changed, registration mark difference, then we now have a true manufactured different card. We need to settle this I think before it gets too crazy. Now I have to carry a ruler inn case a strip is 1mm smaller or the paragraph is 1mm to the left BUT, the rest of the card is exact. Thank you Scott for all of your input in this hobby, I do appreciate it.
I do think that we need a ID number for the cards like the Chip Rack or the Riverboat books have. It will help with communication between collectors. Presently, I have a card like 3rd issue but it has a different Reg. mark. Next year, the new book comes out & we find out thar there were 2 mor issued cards between 1st & 2nd issues. What happens is that what was 3rd issue is now 5th & that changes how I log them in. Carol Donley I thought was doing a good job with her style.
What does everyone think??
Let's kick this hobby up a notch!!!
