Now for the Lucky Me bit. Because my birthday is in August (tomorrow to be exact), the Canyon Casino in Black Hawk sent me an invite to play in their birthday slot tournament (they do this for the birthday people each month), so I signed up and played this past Saturday. Person with the highest score after 50 spins, won $100 and the person with the lowest score won $50. Well, yours truly won $100. We all had identical Double Diamond machines. And it gets better. They actually had 5 sessions during the day (20 people in each session) and the person with the highest score of all the sessions won an additional $500. Lucky Me !!! I called the casino first thing this morning and got the good news - best way to start a Monday that I know of.
