I am not sure where I hear it, but I did hear that the Desert Diamond Casino (and the Golden Hasan) had discontinued two of their 3-levels of play cards.

I ventured out to the casino this past weekend and do confirm that the top two levels are no longer being issued as player cards. Only the blue card is in-use.

I asked what happened to the gold and grey/charcoal cards and all I saw was shrugging shoulders. Although I have blue cards, this set is my only example of the two higher level cards!
