Not sure how many collect the special promo paper cards from casinos, but this one has been used for the past several months in Reno. No extras, but if anyone is interested, I'll try to get one on my next trip, as they don't take your card after play.

These are used to play a video game (only one machine) where you pick squares in a matrix and continue to pick till you win or lose. You can stop at any time and take the amount you have already won. Typically worth in the $25-50 range in my experience, so definitely worth playing if you get one of these.
