Hi Don, First off let's be careful in our terminology. These are table cards and not introductory cards for slots. I agree these are different varieties of the fourth TC (Table card) listed on page 15 of the new 2nd edition. I have printed this page and put it in my file for book 3. Thanks again, Steve
