Here are three varieties of the older black intro card from Golden Nugget in Las Vegas. I don't believe all three are described in the new version of the card book but there's not enough info for me to tell which listed ones I do have. I'd appreciate a comment from the authors and inclusion of all 3 in the next update if you agree there are 3 varieties. The obverses are all identical. Note there are two different text messages in use, and one of them has text in two sizes.

None of the cards has mag stripes, signature stripes, or card reader holes. The white rectangles are i.d. stickers I use to keep track of varieties.
