Scott, Great Info! I hadn't noticed the different sized holes, but I believe the "big" holes come before the small holes. Also, The entry level pink card is known with big holes, small holes, and NO holes. Can I assume the no hole card is first? Can you provide the order dates for all these issues or is that asking too much??!!! Thanks, Steve
