The top card looks like AC issue 4 per Lamb/Wells
2nd ed page 74 first sub type. Also in CD's book as 1092 page 17.

The bottom card is LV NV CD 1094B page 19 and Lamb/wells 2nd ed. it is the issue 11 Page 8.

This is as best I can tell from the books.
