Don: If you're talking about the new Harrah's (that used to be Harvey's), so far in Central City, CO there's no changes whatsoever. Still using same slot cards, and there's no sign of Harrah's anywhere in the casino. You ask an employee and they don't have any idea what if anything, or when, something will change.
I got my new Total Rewards card from Harrah's/Harvey's in Council Bluffs, IA. It's their universal card but begins with 136 (nothing to get too excited about). Their flyer calls it the Harrah's Council Bluffs Casino.
Bluffs Run casino in Council Bluffs was also part of the Harrah's deal, but I've not received a separate card from there. One would assume that they'd have their act together enough to catch duplicate names of current card holders and not send duplicates. However, the past few months we have received duplicate newsletters from both casinos.
I don't know anything about the Lake Tahoe property, but would bet it'll just have their universal card.
Sorry, I'm not much help.
