There may have been 40,000 of those cards, but it is not how many there were, but how many are left. Cards get thrown out by players when they get home. Thrown in dresser drawers. Left on machine tops where, if one of us collectors don't happen by to grab them, most casinos' cleaning people find them and toss them in the trash. I would guess with the temp cards, most are either handed back in for redemption at the card booth or abandoned on the machines. The name imprinted cards probably have a much higher percentage that are taken out of the casino proper, just due to their having the person's name on them. For that reason, I would think that a card like this, especially since the casino no longer uses the Miss Marquette name, would have very, very many of them destroyed. Despite your arguments, it may be almost as rare as the collectors think. But if it can be printed up on the imprinter, like they do at Mississippi Belle II, people should wonder if someone can still print new ones.
