I stopped at the Las Vegas Club and got a card. Very nice looking card!
Vacation Village still has no card system in play, but they are doing a membership card printed with name, home city and membership number, that they laminate for you and let you carry for their video poker four-of-a-kind rewards. It's a lot nicer that the paper cards they gave out in the past.
New card at Terribles has the text shuffled and a "CPICA 25930" added.
I stopped at the Palms and applied for a card. While I was being processed I mentioned I applied on-line and was told in an e-mail I would get a card mailed to be during November, but never got one. The lady said people they hired to handle things got a lot goofed up. She did me a regular yellow card, and I asked why I didn't get a charter one. So she then did me up a green Charter Member card, and said I was entitled to one for the early e-mail mixup. She also said I should keep the charter card in my wallet and use the yellow one in the machines, as the charter one was good for special deals throughout the casino in shops and resterants. I didn't mention that I was overjoyed to have both versions printed in my name for my collection! I noticed at that time someone got a different card for use in the sports book. After I spent a while going around the casino harvesting green and yellow cards off machines, I got back in a medium line (7-8 people) at the booth to ask if I could get one of those. The line wasn't moving, and a lady came out and said the printer was having a problem and gave out temp cards (blue) for anyone who didn't want to wait. I hadn't found one of those prior, so that was another plus. I will still have to trade for one of those sports book cards, when I can.
At Aladdin, they are passing out a "Release the Genie" card that is different from the one they had last spring. The old one said you needed 25 points for a free gift. the new one says 25 points.
