Montbleu in Lake Tahoe has been open now for 2 weeks and has changed their slot club card already. The original card had a clear- transparent- top 1/3 to the card, with 2 black arrows pointing right. The new card has the top 1/3 of the card white with 1 white arrow pointing right. The room keys have not been changed.
