I got that card earlier this month and that guy didn't think the Platinum and Diamond cards had the Caesar's logo on them. There was apparently a computer problem that only the Caesar's Gold card wouldn't work at other Harrah's properties (and Gold cards from other Harrah's properties wouldn't work at Caesar's), so they put the logo on the Gold card so people would know it would only work at Caesar's. There was no problem with the Platinum or Diamond cards. He felt as soon as they got the computer problem fixed, these cards would go away.
PS: A 2006 Harrah's card has been discovered with 11 casinos on the reverse - so put your eagle eyes and sticky fingers to work.
