GSRN (Golden State Rewards Network) that linked all the California tracks is no longer going to track play. Each individual track will now have their own card. As each track opens for the 2006 season, I expect new cards.

Santa Anita is still using last year's. Golden Gate Fields has a red one, but I have not confirmed it. I've only seen the card on their web site.

I have not seen Los Alamitos, but their web site speak of a players card. Fairplex has a card, but I don't know if they will change design, they open in September. Don't know if Del Mar will have one, they don't open until summer.
