In the collection I use black stamp collector pages that just show 1 side, so I show the color back.
If I do a show and tell at a club meeting I use clear currency pages that show both sides but a number of people have had bad luck with the all plastic pages causing the TITO's fronts, bar codes, to fade faster, so I do not use all plastic pages for long term storage.
In my TITO Catalog I have for the most part pictured the color backs. However I have pictured a few sample fronts to show types, and a few special front designs.
When I did a convention exhibit I had both sides shown. See below.
