Ed - All of those cards are 16th issue. See page 53 of Steve/Pat's "SLOT CARD PRICE GUIDE, 5th EDITION". The card that you call "white" is actually light grey, and the card you call grey is considered silver. Blue and black cards are valued at $1 each, while the other 2 are valued at $30 each.
