Harrah's is issueing new cards for the old Caesars Entertainment properties. Here are some of the new prefix numbers. The new cards are now in use at Bally's/Paris (now issueing one card for both casinos), Flamingo/O'Shea's. The new cards will not be used at Caesars until later this month (14th or 15th).

159 is now Flamingo/O'Shea's (Las Vegas)
175 is now Bally's/Paris (Las Vegas)
