My collection is in two categories, Primary and Dupes.

============== PRIMARY COLLECTION ===============

The Primary cards are the best copies I have of each issue. They are placed in 3-ring binders using cheap plastic baseball-card holder sheets.

The sheets are organized in the same manner as Pat's books. Usually one sheet per casino or state or area.

As your collection grows, so will the number of binders needed. I am currently using 8 binders for my 2000 primary cards. They are named:
Las Vegas
Other Nevada
Riverboat States
Indian Casinos
Mississippi
Atlantic City
Other States
MISC (Multi-casino cards, Racinos, Foreign)

As each card goes into the Primary Collection books it is marked into Pat's book. If a card is not listed I will write a description of the card where it should be (Pat, please leave an extra space between casinos in the next edition).

=============== THE DUPES ===================

My 10,000 Dupes are organized in trays (in the same order as Pat's book) and separated by paper tabs. The first dupe card of each variation is marked as to the issue number and the current value; all others are left unmarked.

=============== TRADER LIST ====================

I generated my Trader List (also in the same order as Pat's book). I use an ASCII word processor, such as DOS's EDIT or WINDOW's NOTEPAD so that excerpts can be easily copied into other applications.
