The Borgata card was listed in my October "new" find listings bulletin - it showed an expiration date of 12/05 - with a notation that it was in the Wells/Lamb 5th Edition guide (this was verified by Pat Lamb). The contributor was Linda Weisenstein and I believe she still has the card.
