First, the expiration date is back in March 2004 so I looked up your card in the 4th Edition of the Wells/Lamb guide, issued at end of 2004 if I remember correctly, and there is a 9th issue Black "Ultimate Rewards Ultimate"(??) card with 4 stars.

In the 5th issue of the Well/Lamb guide, issued 2005, there are no additional BLACK Ultimate, with 4 stars, cards.
