Coast Casinos (The Orleans, Suncoast, Gold Coast) have eliminated coin operated slot machines. Bill validators are exclusively in-use. (I am not sure about Barbary Coast, but assume the same is true there.)

Maccaran Airport (Las Vegas) is now bill validators only, no coins.

Perhaps the real tell-tale indicator is that it is becoming more and more difficult to identify eligible tokens for Token of the Year honors!
